London Borough of Camden Council

The complainant has requested information on the sale of ice-cream from vans in particular streets in the London Borough of Camden. The Commissioner’s decision is that the London Borough of Camden has appropriately relied on regulation 12(4)(b) – manifestly unreasonable requests, to refuse to respond to the request. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.

EIR 12(4)(b): Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: fer0780010
