Welsh Government

The complainant submitted three multipart requests for information in respect of various items of information in relation to the TrawsCymru bus services. The Welsh Government refused all three requests on the grounds that they were vexatious, citing section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Welsh Government was entitled to rely on section 14(1) to refuse all three requests. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
