The complainant requested information from Westacre Middle School (the School) relating to the EGM (Extraordinary Governor’s Meeting) of 5 February 2018. The School withheld the information under section 40(2) (third party personal data) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the School correctly withheld the information under section 40(2) of the FOIA.
