The complainant has requested information on correspondence and communications between Steve Baker and specific organisations and individuals. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Department for Exiting the European Union (‘DExEU’) has appropriately relied on section 35(1)(a) to withhold some of the requested information and the public interest favours maintaining the exemption.
