Slough Children's Services Trust

The complainant has requested financial information from Slough Children's Services Trust (“SCST”). SCST has advised that it is not a public authority for the purposes of the FOIA. It has therefore refused to respond to this request under the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that SCST is not a public authority for the purposes of the FOIA and it was therefore not under an obligation to respond to the request. No steps are required in this case.
