Shropshire Council

The complainant has requested information about a planning application from Shropshire Council (the “Council”). The Council provided the requested information, other than a small amount of personal information which was withheld under section 12(3) (personal data) of the EIR. The complainant did not contest the withholding of personal information. However, he did not consider that the Council had disclosed all the information it held. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the civil standard of the balance of probabilities, no further information is held. No steps are required.

EIR 5(1): Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: IC-43039-F8W7
