Metropolitan Police Service

The complainant has requested information about alleged investigations involving the Duke of Windsor during 1938, from the Metropolitan Police Service (the “MPS”). The MPS advised the complainant that it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the civil standard of the balance of probability, the information is not held.
