Department for Infrastructure (Northern Ireland)

The complainant requested discretionary assessment criteria used by the Department for Infrastructure in respect of applications for Blue Badges. The Department refused the request in reliance on the exception at regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the exception is engaged and that the public interest in maintaining that exception outweighs the public interest in disclosure of the requested information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.

EIR 12(4)(e): Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: IC-47215-Y1J2
