Ealing Council

The complainant has requested information regarding property development and planning held by Ealing council .Ealing Council relies on regulations 12(4) (e) , 12(4)(d) and 12 (5) f to withhold the requested information .The Commissioner’s decision is that Ealing Council reliance on the exceptions was incorrect. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
