The Council of the London School of Economics and Political Science denied holding the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the LSE does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require further steps. First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) Information Rights appeal EA/2021/073 under appeal.
