The complainant requested information relating to Trans Awareness Training delivered to Tribunal judges. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) stated that the requested information was not held for the purposes of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requested information is not held by the MoJ for the purposes of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
