St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) has confirmed that no information is held falling within the scope of the request under section 1(1)(a) FOIA. The Commissioner considers that on the balance of probabilities, there is no recorded information held by the Trust under section 1(1)(a) FOIA falling within the scope of the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
