The Commissioner’s decision is that Shardlow & Great Wilne Parish Council correctly refused to provide information it did not hold and that the EIR exception 12(4)(a) meant that Shardlow & Great Wilne Parish Council did not need to take further action. The Commissioner did not require Shardlow & Great Wilne Parish Council to take any steps to comply with the legislation.
