The complainant has requested information relating to a concession granted regarding adult sex dolls. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has correctly cited section 36(2)(b)(ii) - prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs and section 40(2) - third party data. The Commissioner does not require the CPS to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
