Translink

The complainant has requested from Translink the working timetables of the railways of Northern Ireland. Translink refused to disclose the requested information, citing section 38(1) (health and safety) as a basis for non-disclosure. The Commissioner’s decision is that Translink has correctly applied section 38(1) to the complainant’s request. Therefore the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
