On behalf of their parent, the complainant has requested information about properties to let, through a series of requests. Leeds City Council (‘the Council’) released some relevant information. The complainant is generally dissatisfied with how the Council has managed their requests. The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: On the balance of probabilities, the Council has disclosed all the information it holds that is relevant to Request 3 and Request 4 and has complied with section 1(1) of FOIA. The Council did not comply with section 10(1) as it did not communicate all the relevant information it holds within the required timescale. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any remedial steps.
