Bolton Council

The complainant has requested information with regards to the Blue Badge Scheme. Bolton Town Council (the council) provided the information it held. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council holds no further information and that regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR is engaged – information not held. The Commissioner did find that the council breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR as it did not provide the information it did hold within the required 20 working days. As the council has provided the information it does hold, the Commissioner does not require it to take any steps.

EIR 12(4)(a): Complaint not upheld EIR 5(2): Complaint upheld

Decision notice: 150656
