The complainant has requested incoming and outgoing messages from a HM Treasury (HMT) smartphone issued to Lord Amyas Morse for use in his capacity leading the independent Loan Charge Review. The Commissioner’s decision is that HMT does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require any steps.
