The complainant has requested draft copies of the report ‘The Colston Statue: What next?’ The University of Bristol refused to provide the requested information, citing section 36(2)(b)(ii) (prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that section 36(2)(b)(ii) is engaged but the public interest favours disclosure.
