Kent Police

The complainant has requested information relating to virus incidents involving Kent Police IT systems ‘DropBox’ and ‘pcloudtransfer’. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Kent Police was entitled to apply section 24(2) of the FOIA to neither confirm or deny whether the requested information is held. The Commissioner requires no steps as a result of this decision.
