Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police

The complainant requested information from Thames Valley Police relating to an incident involving the Kimblewick Hunt. Thames Valley Police withheld the information, citing sections 30(1) (investigations and proceedings) and 40(2) (personal information) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Thames Valley Police was entitled to rely on section 30(1)(a)(i) to withhold the information. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
