Plymouth City Council

The complainant requested details of deaths linked to air pollution. Plymouth City Council stated that the information it held was “zero.” The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has provided all the information that it holds. It has therefore complied with its obligation under Regulation 5(1) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
