The complainant has requested information relating to the companies and individuals who made bids for contracts to supply PPE in March 2020. The Commissioner’s decision is that Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) correctly applied section 43(2) – commercial interests FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require DHSC to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
