The complainant requested information relating to the immigration/asylum record for the Liverpool Women's Hospital bomber. The Commissioner has investigated its application of sections 31, 38, 40 and 41. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Home Office was entitled to withhold the information withheld by virtue of those exemptions. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
