Home Office

The complainant has requested information on the withdrawal of police protection services for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The Home Office said that it did not hold the majority of the information described in the request, although it confirmed the date that security for the couple ended. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Home Office does not hold the information described in the request. No steps are required as a result of this decision.
