Newport City Council

The complainant has requested information relating to a planning application. Newport City Council (the council) provided some information and then provided further information during the Commissioner’s investigations. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council holds no further information and therefore regulation 12(4)(a) of the EIR is engaged. The Commissioner also finds that the council breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR as it did not provide all the information held within the required 20 working days.
