Dover District Council

The complainant requested information from Dover District Council (the Council) relating to a specific planning application. The Council disclosed some information within the scope of the request; however, it withheld some information under regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR, the internal communications exception. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on regulation 12(4)(e) (internal communications) of the EIR to refuse to provide the withheld information.
