Herefordshire Council

The complainant requested information relating to a specific planning application. Herefordshire Council (the “council”) disclosed some information and withheld other information under the exceptions for internal communications (regulation 12(4)(e)) and the course of justice (regulation 12(5)(b)). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council correctly applied regulation 12(4)(e) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.

Decision notice: 235651
