Cornwall Council

The complainant requested information relating to a decision to install bollards at a specific location. Cornwall Council (the “council”) withheld the information under the exception for the course of justice (regulation 12(5)(b). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council was entitled to withhold the requested information under regulation 12(5)(b) and that it issued its internal review response in accordance with regulation 11(4). The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
