Home Office

The complainant has requested a copy of a review from the Home Office. The Home Office refused to disclose the review citing section 35(1)(a) (Formulation of Government policy, etc) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that section 35(1)(a) is properly engaged and that the public interest favours maintaining the exemption. No steps are required.

FOI 35: Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: 245395
