Oxford Brookes University

The complainant has requested details of candidates who applied for a particular position. The above public authority (“the public authority”) provided some information, but relied on section 40(2) of FOIA (third party personal data) to withhold the remainder. The Commissioner’s decision is that the public authority was entitled to rely on section 40(2) of FOIA to withhold the information.
