Transport for London

The Commissioner’s decision is that the complainant’s requests for information about the expansion of London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone are manifestly unreasonable under regulation 12(4)(b) of the EIR. Transport for London isn’t obliged to comply with them or take any corrective steps.

EIR 12(4)(b): Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: 250573
