Chief Constable of Lancashire Constabulary

The complainant has requested, from Lancashire Constabulary, information about the number of officers on duty during a specified night shift (8 May 2023). Lancashire Constabulary refused to disclose the requested information, citing sections 31(1)(a) and (b) of FOIA (the law enforcement exemption).
