The complainant has requested information from Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) about applicants for jobs. The Trust refused to provide some of the information, citing sections 12 (cost of compliance) and section 22 (future publication) of FOIA. He also accepts that the Trust could not offer any meaningful advice and assistance within the context of the request. However, the Trust breached sections 1(1)(b), 10(1) and 17(1) of FOIA.
