The complainant submitted a request to the National Records of Scotland (NRS) under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015 (RPSI) to re-use information from selected historical records. The Commissioner’s decision is that NRS was correct to refuse the re-use request under regulations 4(1), 5(1)(b) and 7(2) of RPSI.
