The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) disclosed a small amount of information but withheld the majority of the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that DWP is entitled to rely on sections 35(1)(a) and 36(2)(b)(i), (ii) & (c) to withhold this information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
