City of London Police

The complainant has requested the interviews, and related information,  from an investigation undertaken by the City of London Police (“CoLP”). CoLP. CoLP refused to provide this information citing sections 30(1)(a) (Investigations and proceedings) and 40(2) (Personal information) of FOIA.     The Commissioner’s decision is that CoLP was entitled to rely on section 30(1) to withhold the requested information. He does not require any steps.
