NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board

The ICB cited section 22 of FOIA and refused to provide the requested information because it was intended for future publication. The Commissioner’s decision is that the ICB was correct to apply section 22 of FOIA at the time of the request. No steps are required as a result of this notice.
