The complainant has requested information from HM Revenue and Customers (HMRC) in relation to the impact of changes to the National Minimum Wage on the Tax Gap and Compliance Yield. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, HMRC does not hold information within the scope of the request.
