The complainant has requested information about how the Department for Work and Pensions (“DWP”) obtains and validates consent from Universal Credit claimants to issue a UC113 form to their GP. The DWP provided the complainant with some information within scope of their request for information on obtaining consent, however stated that information within scope of the remainder of their request for information on validating consent was not held.
