Summary

In his decision dated 24 July 2000 the HO gave Mr Magill 6 weeks to indicate whether or not he wished to resist an order to assign the patent application to Intelligent Clothing Ltd.. In the absence of a response Mr Magill was ordered to assign the application within 6 weeks. The order does not extend to the US patent over which the HO had no jurisdiction.
