Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under sections 13(1) and 13(3) by Deutsches Zentrum fur Luft-und Raumfahrt e V, it was found that Walter Krenkel and Richard Kochendorfer should be mentioned as joint inventors in the granted patent for the invention and that Roland Martin should not have been mentioned as an inventor.
