Request for extension of time refusal.
Points Of Interest
Summary
The applicants sought an extension of time in which to file evidence in reply. Although there was some dispute as to whether or not the proposed evidence was strictly "evidence in reply", the Hearing Officer declined to comment on this as he had not seen the evidence. Noting that the evidence had even now not appeared he refused the request.
