Summary
The application relates to a device said to be propelled by circulation of a liquid around a closed loop by an arrangement of two driven turbines. The HO held that the application would contravene Newtons third law of motion, and therefore refused the application as not having industrial applicability. Decision O/213/02 was given orally on 20/5/2002, and followed by a Statement of Reasons on 27/5/2002.
