Summary
This was the second of two closely related actions, the other being set out in BL O/323/02, qv. The Hearing Officer applied his findings in that action, mutatis mutandis, to this case with the additional finding that the Section 3(3)(b) ground (not pleaded in the other case) had no basis. He also found that the addition of the word INTERNATIONAL did not provide a reason to come to a different conclusion under Section 5(4)(a) from that he had arrived at in BL O/323/02.
