Summary
As a result of an uncontested reference and application under sections 37 and 13(3) respectively, it was found that Leon Boole should be mentioned as sole inventor and proprietor of the granted patent. The decision serves as a certificate to the effect that Manhar Chauhan ought not to have been mentioned as an inventor. It was directed that an erratum slip to this effect be prepared for the patent.
