Summary
The opponents appealed the Hearing Officer’s decision of 7 May 2002 (BL O/210/02) to the Appointed Person but later decided not to proceed with the appeal. The applicants asked for their costs.
On the 1 April 2003 the Appointed Person issued directions requesting the applicants to provide an itemised summary of work and expenditure by 11 April 2003; Any observations by the opponents to be provided by 25 April 2003 and any observations in reply by the applicants by 2 May 2003. Decision to be issued on the basis of the papers on file at that date unless a hearing is requested.
