Summary
The application relates to a system which allows the purchaser of a new building (the client) to monitor the construction process without having to visit the construction site. The building contractor inputs a photograph showing the current condition of the building via a computer terminal and the client is provided with a terminal through which he can request information on progress of the building. Standard construction figures corresponding to photographs of the building at each stage of construction are stored in a memory device. When a client wants to assess progress, he inputs a request for progress information into his terminal and the photograph of the actual building and the standard figure representing how the building should look at that particular stage of construction are sent to him. The photograph and the figure are then displayed on the clients terminal to allow him to compare them.
Held not to make a technical contribution and to be excluded as a program for a computer and the presentation of information.
