Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 37 by AFT Atlas Fahrzeugtechnic GmbH, it was found that Conti Temic microelectronic GmbHshould be named as joint proprietors with AFT. It was also found, in response to an uncontested request from AFT (although no formal application had been made under section 13), that Peter Schimmelpfennig and Wolfgang Gutbrod, employees of Conti, should be named as inventors along with Ralf Magiera and Christof Howold.
