Summary
At first instance (see BL O/071/04) the Hearing Officer had found the applicant successful. The registered proprietor appealed to the Appointed Person against this decision.
The appellant criticised the Hearing Officer's decision on a number of points, but the Appointed Person found no substance in any of them and stated her belief that the Hearing Officer had been right to conclude that the application for the registration of WALKERLAND had been made in bad faith.
